Content Analysis – Determining and Evaluating Weekly Lectures from 1 to 11

Introduction

Content analysis is that method which is mainly to determine and evaluate the presence of some concepts, words, and topics within certain qualitative data and information in a better manner. With the assistance of content analysis, the investigator can easily examine and recognize the existence, relations, and meanings of the content that is discussed in the weeks from 1 to 11. This will provides different benefits to researchers who are considering and provide valuable cultural insights that help in the analysis of texts. The report is based on focusing on the week’s content and also described what is learned in such weeks.

Background

The background of this report is based upon determining and evaluating weekly lectures from 1 to 11 and it also formulates clear and concise content analysis that is describing the theoretical concepts which are contained. In this, each week comprises four major points that include important topics covered, give appropriate examples, most useful information about content, and what have I learned this week also explained. In such weeks, different topics are discussed along with their significance. The content analysis assists systematically to analyze the patterns of communication. This covers all weeks which involve internet and web design understands this week and helps in enhancing knowledge of leaners regarding how to use the internet and other digital systems effectively.

Content Analysis (Reflective journals)

Week 1:

The week covers the main topic that describes the introduction of internet and web design. According to the evaluation, the internet is the worldwide collection of computers which are connected for usage by organizations, individual for communication. The essential topics are the internet and their key terms include identify the internet protocols, the purpose of websites, types, wireless for the target clients, and many more (Nagpal, et. al., 2018).

For instance, organizations and individuals use the internet for formulating accurate web designing through which companies gain higher success and growth rates in a huge market area.

The most effective and useful information is gained from such content is how to do graphic designing which assists an organization in appealing their clients towards their goods and facilities. Secondly, HTML components can be increased with the use of characteristics that define the additional characteristics and assets of the components.

In week 1, I have learned different things that involve how to use the internet and its major features determination at the time of working within an organization. I have learned that internet assist and support businesses to grow and acquire success. I also learned that how the protocols assist to store resources and main files for the websites. I evaluate that development of the web designing is essential for gaining the attention of desired customers towards their services.

Week 2:

Some required topics are included in this week such as how to maintain websites files, usage of HTML5 semantic components, evaluate elements to use when setting the structure of the webpage, website template, and design of the semantic webpage.

For example, it is important for the company is to design the website and with the help of skilled employees, they can easily develop attractive websites for gaining the attention of prospective customers.

The most important information related to the content is that it assists in evaluating and explaining the website designing along with various steps. Through this, a person can gain accurate knowledge on how to develop presentable sites that attract most of the clients (Lynch, et. al., 2016).

I have learned new different concepts this week that includes website designing, site mapping, and many more which assist me in enhancing my knowledge and skills. This topic helps me in future time and also supports developing a designing website that gains the attention of clients. I determined how to manage and maintain how to store important files properly.

Week 3:

The most useful and relevant topics which are covered in this week include forms of hyperlinks, explain the image file formats, image tag, class components, and its attributes, describe the use of HTML heading tags, types of lists associating with HTML shreds of evidence and some valid links.

For example, an organization develops attractive websites that assist in attracting customers along with some links and images and it gains the attention of clients as well. This is that way that attracts potential clients and also formulates customers demanding websites which they like and appreciate.

The most useful data and information about the content this week is that it helps in describing how to increasing and make websites appealing that attracts clients and this presents their company image (Hoeppner, et. al., 2016). The data also related to add certain links that represent the websites that are more attractive and famous among the potential customers that are described in this content. Some of the different types of links can be used by an organization which includes a relative link, image link, email link, absolute link, and telephone link.

I have learned various things this week that helps how to manage links and images to enhance the goodwill and growth of the company. I determined that different links could be used by users which makes their webpage more attractive and presents a great look at the site.

Week 4:

The main topic which has been covered in this content is cascading style sheets (CSS) on the web page. The properties, syntax, forms, and values of CSS are being included in the content for implementing them in a single website for a better presentation of websites and make it attractive (Erduran, et. al., 2015).

The cascading style sheet is three types that involve being written in one line, entrenched along with HTML, exterior distinct file of CSS. For example, font style, color, font size, background color, opacity image background, transparency and so more.

The most important and useful information about this content is the values and properties of the CSS code to make the website attractive and dynamic for the customers or users in a proper manner.

I have learned different factors and forms of CSS have been used in designing websites and development. I also learned about the assets, selectors, padding, and properties of margins in the content of the 4th week. I learned about the different types of CSS and how this is used in various contexts.

Week 5:

The important which are covered this week include responsive designs for the mobile technology and device along with advantages, disadvantages, layouts, flexibility and so more. The responsive designs need to be friendly for the screen of the mobile technology that differs from every device.

Responsive design refers to the same experience for exploring the websites regarding the device which is being used. The responsive design can be of three modes, for instance, mobile phones, tablets, and desktop screens. The layout and formatting are different from the main aspects of tools that are used in opening and designing websites (Cole-Lewis, et. al., 2015).

The most effective and useful information about this content is to design and develop responsive websites that can be deal with various layouts and screen compositions of mobile tools, desktop, and tablets. Along with this, responsive design can be reached for mobile techniques by using different flexible, layouts, and flexible methods in the web designing formulation.

I have learned various things in the week in which different forms of approaches in the development and designing of responsive designs for the use of mobile devices and tablets and desktop along with no difference. I also learned effective components and manage for developing responsive designs from content to access the websites in mobile technology.

Week 6

The SQL injection, user interface, uniform resource locators (URL’s), audit trails, server-side scripting language, web interface, client-side scripting language, and security were the main and important topic which was covered in the content of week 6 for the web design and development.

The user interface and web interface show the personalization of the web sites pages and other information (Tyagi, 2015). The server-side scripting language includes the Ruby, Node Js, ASP.NET, and many others for joining databases with a front end for end users.  The HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are examples of the client-side scripting language which configures the appearance and styling of the web pages and web sites.

The content of the week 6 covers much important and relevant information about the usage of client-side and server-side scripting language for designing and developing web pages. The data security and protection with the help of audit trails and password leakage can be done in web development.

There are many concepts of interface designing that I learned with the help of server-side and client-side scripting languages. I also learned about the security and protection concepts for web sites with the help of password protection and audit trails.

Week 7

In week 7 content, the important topics are the tables and forms in web designing. The layouts, attributes of forms, and tables have been covered in the content of week 7 for designing the web sites with various elements and controls of forms and tables are also being covered in the content.

The tables and forms are used for storing information and interacting with the end-users in web sites simultaneously. The employee’s information, salary information, or student information can be stored in the tables. The forms can be used in entering and taking user’s information from the web sites. The registration form, email login form, and many more forms can be used.

The most relevant information in the content is about the usage of tables and forms in web designing and development. The various functionalities and attributes of tables and forms for using in the data information for websites are crucial. The controls and various elements of the tables and forms are also relevant and important in the content of wee 7.

I have learned about the various attribute, elements, and controls of forms and tables for developing and designing web sites. I also learned about how to use tables and forms for storing data and retrieving information about the end-users through them.

Week 8

Various important topics are being covered in the content of week 8 such as the benefits of multimedia usage in websites, their attributes, and other elements or testing for integration of audio and videos on websites.

The websites have linked audio and video files which can be invoked by the end-users of the websites. The audio is files are the verbal information without a picture and the video files are the combination of picture and voice. These can be used in websites for information collection and sharing with web sites users (Rahman, et. al., 2017).

The integration of the audio and video files are the most relevant and important information in the content. The various formats and attributes of the audio and video integration in the web pages for end-users to use are also an important part of the design.

I have learned about the elements and attributes of the audio and video files which can be used for the integration of these files in the websites for further usage and enhancing the information delivery system of the websites. I have learned various aspects of HTML and CSS for embedding these multimedia files in the web sites using web designing and developing tools.

Week 9

The content of the week 9 covers the topics of client-side scripting language and the effect of social media. There are various kinds of client-side scripting languages in which JavaScript is covered in the content which includes the concept of dynamic effects, event handling, and windows pop up effects (Patel, et. al., 2015).

Social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube are used for sharing ideas and enhancing interaction. The JavaScript shows dynamic features for the website. For instance, clicking some events occurs in websites like color changing and other effects which are examples of JavaScript coding.

The most important and relevant information in the content of week 9 is about the understanding of social media and blogs and the information of the JavaScript in the designing and development of the websites with dynamic effect. The JavaScript can use various elements, functions, event handlers, and methods to emphasize the web sites content for end-users.

I learned about the dynamic effect and client-side scripting from the content of week 9. The social media aspects and the JavaScript’s methods, events and pop up windows for the websites in designing and development.

Week 10

The topics of JavaScript statements, validation forms, pop-up windows and functions are being covered in the content of week 10. The form validations statements and process for the creation of pop-up windows in websites have been covered in the content.

The various JavaScript elements and functions like popup windows and alert windows are being covered in the content. The validations forms are being used in the web sites for the complete fulfilment of the forms by the end-users in the web sites. For instance, the completely fulfilled in the forms, proper data are being filled in all the fields, etc.

The most important and relevant information in week 10 is given as the information regarding the validation of forms in websites with the help of client-side scripting language which is done in the client machine. The pop-up windows are used in the websites to alert the users with the help of logical operations (Özyurt, et. al., 2015).

I learned various aspects of the validation of forms in the content of week 10. The pop up windows functions, validations of forms in the user machines and alert windows functioning has been learned by me in the content of week 10 for the designing and development of websites.

Week 11:

The important content which is covered in week 11 is publishing the website and its promotional technology and methods. SEO is covered in this content for promoting the website on the internet. The protocols for establishing and publishing websites are included in such content.

Longtail PRO, Google keyword planner, Woo rank, deep Crawl, and open site searchers are some of the instances of the Search Engine Optimisation. In this, File transfer protocol (FTP), Hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP), and internet protocol are main examples of the protocol that can be used in the publishing of websites on the internet.

The relevant and useful information about the content is the publishing of websites by using different protocols and attaining domain names (Amado, et. al., 2016). They are promoting the website by using search engine optimization methods such as Google keyword planners for enhancing their rates of found on the internet. FTTP protocol is connected with main servers which are important.

For this content, I have learned about different factors of publishing the websites on the internet by purchasing the domain name and select URLs for the websites. I learned about the procedures of SEO for promoting and marketing of newly developed websites which can be capable of search internet with registered URL name and domain of the website.

Conclusion

From the above-mentioned report, it can be examined that all the weeks comprise of the various topic which assist to learn in properly gaining new information and knowledge. It is required for them is to concentrate on attaining new things and essential for a future time as well.
