The company deals with online shopping with the portal and mobile app. concerning this, they are also facing different issues to deal with creative operations in the enterprise. Hence, the report covers differences between entrepreneur and intrapreneur. Furthermore, it demonstrates creativity and innovation with its importance. Moreover, the report will discuss the importance of start-ups businesses and successful entrepreneurs in the world. Report assists to achieve desired results with implementation of entrepreneurship activity at workplace. In respect to this, it can be stated that effectiveness of different businesses also ascertain to promote more creative outcomes.  At last, it considers the explanation of rewards and benefits with successful entrepreneurs.
