It is an ongoing process in which the software development life cycle method is used for checks the formulation and analyse the software that has met with desired goals. In this article, it has been evaluated that quality principles help in making successful business projects and these are useful for project development. In this, the software quality management process has been described which includes internal and external quality functions that assist in maintaining and managing project management [1]. Along with this, software quality management models assist in developing a bridge between metrics and features in the software in a better manner. This has been analysed that software management is important for maintaining the quality that provides helps in smoothly run and operate their functions or operations. For this, quality monitoring is an essential part that assists in examining by which approach they can easily manage the quality of software.

The author of this article focuses on analysing such an approach that helps in maintaining software quality that is required for the development of this software properly. In this, the SDLC process has been used which helps in checking and monitoring the daily process of the software development and make sure that this will reach its potential quality measures [2]. The article is discussed about the life cycle approach and method for the development of effective software quality management along with its process, activities, functions, principles of quality risk administration, and many more.

The software quality is referred with three factors such as product transition factor, product operation, and product revision. There are sub-factors in the quality of software management such as correctness, efficiency, usability, reliability, flexibility, testability, and maintainability. These issues are the main factors in quality software management. These issues are very much a challenge for the new software products which are used for these functionalities. These challenges are required to be fulfilled by the developers of the software products in which the factors should be included for removing the issues from the products developed for maintaining the quality of the software products [6]. The software quality management activities or approach discusses the various steps which can be included for the resolving of issues like redundancy, irregularities, non-functioning, and many more by practicing a range of steps for the planning of the quality procedures and standards, assurance for the quality of the software products, controlling quality and so on. These steps are used for the challenges and issues faced in the approach for software quality management. The challenges and issues are described in the article in which the ways to deal with the issues and problems of the approach for software quality management are provided. The issues are required to be dealt with for better production of the software on the terms of quality [7]. Quality management for software is particularly important for software development. The software is required to be of quality in which the developers will have the issues solved in the types which are important for software quality management. The quality of the software is required to be resolved from any kind of problems, issues, and challenges for the quality of the software. The issues are solved by the ways using the various steps in the control, rechecking, and other methods are used for the quality management of the software for the developers and other users of the software. The quality assurance process and quality control process are required to solve the issues and problems from software quality management [8]. These processes are used for the identification and resolving the issues and challenges for software management in the quality of the software. From the above-described report, it has been concluded that lifecycle quality management is a process that helps companies to shift their quality efforts towards the current time. Besides this, it is effectively managed and align the usage of quality that helps the business in promoting their products or services, attract customers, improvement in client’s satisfaction level, increase range of customers and gain goodwill in the marketplace. Management will make sure to reach with customers and company demands in a better way. In this, quality-related process, activities, functions, deliverables, features and so more. Apart from this, quality management procedures and quality issues are recognized to resolve rapidly. Quality administration helps manage and controlthe overall process that maintains the software approach effectively. The project manager works for understanding companies’ requirements in both internal and external methods andthe best cost with well-organized usage of accessible resources materials, information technology, and human resources. The use of improved quality applies that requires to be re-established in the procedure for gaining the desired assistance to be identified.
